Application to our services
Skeletonnaturalv provides services to consumers and businesses in New Zealand. Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) applies, your statutory rights are not excluded except where the Act permits.
Guarantees for services
Under the CGA, services must be:
- Carried out with reasonable care and skill
- Fit for any particular purpose you told us about before agreeing
- Completed within a reasonable time (if no time is set)
- Provided at a reasonable price (if no price is set)
Business customers
If you acquire our services for business purposes, the CGA guarantees may be contracted out of only where permitted by section 5D of the Act and agreed in writing. Standard engagement contracts will address this where applicable.
If something goes wrong
Contact us first at question@skeletonnaturalv.world or +64 9 570 3777. We will work in good faith to remedy any failure to meet a guarantee — which may include re-performing the service or providing a refund where appropriate.
Fair Trading Act 1986
We are also subject to the Fair Trading Act 1986, which prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct in trade. We aim to describe our services accurately and transparently on this website and in all proposals.
Disputes
If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may contact the Disputes Tribunal (for claims within its limits) or seek advice from Consumer Protection at www.consumerprotection.govt.nz.
