1. Scope
This policy applies to consulting services, workshops, and digital guides provided by Skeletonnaturalv in New Zealand. Signed service agreements take precedence where they differ.
2. Consulting engagements
Cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled start: deposit refunded minus NZD $150 administration fee. Cancellation within 30 days: deposit forfeited unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
3. Workshops
One free reschedule with at least 14 days' notice. Cancellations with less than 14 days' notice: 50% of workshop fee. No-shows: full fee applies.
4. Digital guides
Non-refundable once access is granted. Technical access issues reported within 7 days: replacement link or refund at our discretion.
5. Service quality
If services do not meet agreed scope or reasonable care and skill under the CGA, notify us within 14 days of delivery. We may re-perform work or offer a partial credit.
6. Refund processing
Approved refunds processed within 14 New Zealand business days to the original payment method.
